Don’t Blame the TOOLMAKERS!

We don’t blame an automaker when someone uses a car in commission of a crime – no matter how heinous that crime may be. It’s utter INSANITY to blame ANY Toolmaker – who makes any Good – OR Service – that’s useful for law-abiding people!

Below are direct links to major websites for each of the four Convicts (out of a number of other persons unjustly persecuted and/or convicted because of their involvement with cryptocurrencies and/or Bitcoin)

On these sites, you can learn more about these Convicts’ cases – and what you can do, to help end the injustices they’re being subjected to. They are shown in chronological order, based on the date of the first serious “interaction” they experienced with any U.S. government enforcement/ investigatory agency – generally, their arrest and arraignment for whatever alleged criminal offence they’ve been prosecuted PERSECUTED for.

Roman Sterlingov

Falsely accused of being the OPERATOR of the Custodial ‘Bitcoin Fog’ coin PRIVACY service -but Roman was only a USER of that service!

Roman Storm

Co-developer of the NON-CUSTODIAL ‘Tornado Cash’ coin PRIVACY service – which under ‘FINCEN’ guidance – the most authoritative legal guidance currently available – is NOT a “Money TRANSMISSION” service – AND THEREFORE, DOES NOT REQUIRE LICENSING by its OPERATOR.

William (Bill) Lonergan Hill and Keonne Rodriguez

Co-Developers of the very popular NON-CUSTODIAL ‘Samourai’ Wallet for enhancing users’ coin privacy.

About 6 months BEFORE they obtained indictment of Bill and Keonne, federal investigators had asked FINCEN whether Samourai wallet was Custodial – FINCEN replied “NO”! SDNY Do”J” ignored FINCEN, and indicted Bill and Keonne ANYWAY – & then had both of them arrested using simultaneous, pre-dawn SWAT operations in both Pennsylvania and PORTUGAL (where Bill and his wife were living).

Important, time-sensitive alert:

A hearing on Sterlingov’s Appeal is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2026 @ 9:30AM at the United States Court of Appeals, DC Circuit, SAID TO BE * located at 333 Constitution Ave NW, Washington, DC – near ‘Judicial Square’.

It will be very helpful to prospects for success of Roman’s appeal, for as many people as possible to attend this hearing, so please consider coming to this hearing, and in any case, alert as many other people as you can (particularly those with fairly easy access to DC), about the hearing – and the importance of having the strongest possible showing of support (in silence, & 100% respect for Courtroom decorum!) for Roman.

  • * At the moment, there’s a POSSIBLE (but not CERTAIN) confusion about which of two very similarly-titled Court buildings, is the correct one for the Sterlingov Appeal hearing. As soon as re-confirmation whether the above-named Court – and the address of the court building in which it sits, IS correct (or not), this notice will be updated to reflect confirmation of the correct court building and its address. Thanks for checking back frequently over the next few days, for this confirmation.
